Join us on Monday, March 17 at 15.00, for a special edition of Space Garage meeting, Space Talks: Remote Sensing workshop, at the University of Vaasa, Fabriikki 2nd floor!
We will delve into the topic with guest experts, Dr. Ali Nadir Arslan (Senior Scientist at the Finnish Meteorological Institute FMI, Docent and Adjunct Professor at the UniVaasa), Cemal Melih Tanış (Researcher at the Finnish Meteorological Institute FMI) and Sema ÇİL (Project Researcher at the UniVaasa).
Ali will give an introduction to EO and all the guest experts will present practical examples of its applications. 🌍
The session also includes a hands-on workshop where participants get to work together in teams, guided by our guest experts and Kvarken Space Center mentors: Heidi Kuusniemi (Professor at the UniVaasa), Cem Özcan (Programmer and Researcher at the UniVaasa), Jari Ratilainen (Project Manager in MUOVA and West Coast Startup), and Riccardo Notarangelo (Project Manager in ESA BIC Finland Vaasa).
